The Ndava Mill processes coffee from approximately 700 smallholder farmers. Following washing, the coffee is dried on raised African drying tables for a period of up to 2-3 weeks. The coffee is turned by hand at regular intervals to hit the optimum moisture content. The raised drying tables allows air circulation all around the coffee as it is drying to ensure a more even drying process.
Cupping Notes: Fruity cherry notes with bright body and hints of spice.
