Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By using or purchasing from the Island Roasted website, you agree to be bound by them.
Ordering
You can purchase products securely through our website. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming the transaction and another confirming the order details. Please note that this does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation email.
We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are listed in British pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
Subscription Payments
We offer a subscription service for selected products. Payments are processed securely using your card details. You will receive a confirmation email for each transaction.
If a payment fails (e.g., due to an expired card), we will notify you and request updated payment details before continuing your subscription.
Subscriptions will continue for the duration selected at purchase or until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard, by emailing us at orders@iow-espresso.co.uk, or by calling 01983 857670.
Delivery
Coffee orders are roasted fresh. During busy periods, roasting may occur once weekly (typically Thursdays). For estimated roast dates, please contact us.
We reserve the right to upgrade your selected delivery method at no extra cost. We will never downgrade your chosen shipping option.
We are not liable for delays in delivery. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate.

Returns & Refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the day after delivery to notify us at info@islandroasted.co.uk.
Products should be returned in their original packaging and in good condition. If the item is incorrect, damaged, or faulty, we will refund the original delivery and return postage costs.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, though typically sooner.
General Terms
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and do not affect your statutory rights.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
We strive to ensure accurate pricing and product descriptions but reserve the right to correct errors at any time.
We are not liable for any losses resulting from the use or inability to use our website.
All content on our website is protected by copyright and may only be used for purchasing products. You may not reproduce or reuse any content without permission.
