Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as using or purchasing from the Island Roasted website means you agree to them.



You can buy products from us online using our secure services provided by WorldPay. Soon after an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation for the transaction amount. This means your bank has authorized the transaction. You will also receive an email confirmation from us confirming the order. But this does not guarantee our acceptance of the order. If we accept your order, we will send you an email confirmation once the goods have been dispatched.

You can pay by Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Solo, Visa Electron. All transactions are processed using a secure server. All prices include VAT if you are within the EU.

The prices displayed on our website are in British pounds sterling.


Futurepay Payments via Worldpay

We use FuturePay for our subscription service which is a recurring payment system that is administered by WorldPay. It is similar to a direct debit or standing order arrangement, but the regular payments are automatically debited using your card details instead of your bank account.

Each time a payment is debited from your card, a transaction confirmation email is generated and sent to the email address we have on record for you.

If your card expires or if a payment is not authorised, we will send you an email to you to inform you that the payment has failed and alternative arrangements will need to be made before your subscription will be sent out.

Once set up, your subscription will run for the duration you chose when making the initial purchase, or if you chose a continuous subscription, it will run until you cancel the subscription, or until we, IOW Espresso LLP cancel it.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on our website and clicking the subscriptions tab. Here you can also see all the details about your subscription and previous deliveries. Alternatively you can email us on orders@iow-espresso.co.uk or call us on 01983 857670 and we can cancel your subscription for you.



If you are ordering coffee we will roast your order as soon as possible but at busy times it may be necessary to roast all web orders once a week on a Tuesday.  Please be aware that in this case, orders received on a Tuesday may not be roasted until the following Tuesday, please email us if you would like an estimated roast day for your order.  If you are ordering several different coffees it may not always be possible to roast your whole order on the same day.

We reserve the right to upgrade the delivery method you choose. For example, if you select Royal Mail standard delivery as your delivery method we may decide to upgrade your delivery method to tracked courier delivery. We will never downgrade the shipping method you choose for your order.

We will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if your item doesn’t arrive when expected, and we will investigate.  Please allow 3 days from receiving your shipping confirmation for Royal mail 2nd Class Post and 2 days for couriered deliveries.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, you have 30 days starting the day after delivery to notify us by email info@islandroasted.co.uk that you wish to return the product(s). You must ensure that due care of the products has been upheld during the cancellation period. We advise that you return the product in the original packaging by royal mail within 30 days for a refund of the item or a replacement. Original delivery charges and return postage costs will be refunded if your order is incorrect, damaged or faulty. You must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the goods and that the goods are properly packaged and not damaged in transit. The goods will be refunded within 14 days. However you will usually receive the refund within few days of us receiving the returned item.



These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but do not affect your statutory rights.

All email enquirys will be responded to within one working day. However under normal circumstances we aim to answer your enquiries within 1 hour.

When placing an order with Island Roasted, you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer.

We do our utmost to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are correct. However we reserve the right to validate those prices before we process your order.

We will not accept liability for any errors in the description of goods on the website, and can change those descriptions at any time. We will however do our utmost to correct any problems as soon as we become aware of them.

Island Roasted will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use, or your inability to use our website

You may view and print out our pages for the sole purpose of buying a product or products. The copyright belongs toIsland Roasted You may not use pictures, logos, graphics, text or descriptions on our site for any other use.

Island Roasted contains links to other websites, which are provided to enhance our shopping experience, but these sites are not under our control. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by using these sites, which extends to the information, products or services displayed on those sites.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (EU) 2016/679). Any applicable law relating to the processing of personal data, including but not limited to GDPR, and any national implementing laws, regulations and secondary legislation, for as long as the GDPR is effective in the UK;

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order in a fast efficient way. Second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

We do not store your credit/debit card details on our database

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by contacting us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.



We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a “cookie” which would be stored on your browser. By browsing our website you agree to this. However if you do not want us to use cookies you can modify your browser settings to prevent this happening and still browse our website. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
